ADVENTURES AND MOMMY & DADDY!
Our church is only three blocks away, so we "skated" there on the ice and snow. Caleb was very warm and happy tucked into his carrier on Daddy's chest!

Caleb visited my (old) classroom on my birthday and the kids were more than delighted to meet him! The especially liked his dance moves! haha...he was able to sleep soundly through the whole thing/

Grandma Luksic and Caleb at the mall!
Grandpa and Grandma babysat so Matthew and I could go to Canada and watch Harry Potter at the IMAX. Caleb did very well, but it was Mommy who had a hard time =) Unfortunitly i didn't know anything about Harry Potter either, but after being updated ended up enjoying the movie.
Uncle Daniel and Kyla came to visit us in Bellingham....favorite Uncle?

Doctor's Apt
She said it was "boring yet charming" because he was so healthy!
Grandma Luksic (visiting from Pasco) braved it in the snow with us to come to his apt!
His midwife apt was this week and he now weighs 10 lbs. 11oz!

Caleb in motion
Although not the most thrilling stuff, we wanted you to get a view of the little man in action.
The Beginnings (and slightly before)
WOW MOMMA
This is the day before Caleb was born
Bellingham Birth Center: Gentle Hands Midwifery
THE TUB: Happiest place to give birth (on earth)
Seconds after birth Calebs first snuggle.
Healthy mom and child.
Labor lasted 16 hours. 14 hours at home, 2 hours at birth center,
13.5 hours with just mom and dad working as a team.
We are blessed to have the people involved that we did. Thank YOU.
I cant believe by 7pm we were home and sleeping in our own bed.

Welcome home you bright eyed little man...
And although we all needed some rest...
We were all a little surprised...
To find out that a life so short would already have its ups...
And downs...
But don't worry Caleb, mommy loves you...
And daddy loves you...
And we might not be perfect, but happy to start this new family with you.
And I suppose its good that we have time to work on that smile.
