Bonjour, Hola!

After two weeks at out language learning course in CO Caleb has a handful of art work. I hung them up on our wall. He starts inspecting them, and then I hear what sounds like "bonjour" "hola." And sure enough he's pointing to and reading the 'Hello from around the world' placemat! Amazing! A big thank you to his teacher, Carol!

Caleb has been sleeping wonderfully on his own cot at nap times with three other boys in the room! I have to say I was skeptical. I am so proud of him!

Caleb s friends

Caleb is by popular here and is making lots of friends. Here are a few of them. Ezra, the boy in the orange is his favorite. Caleb s classroom naps on cots, and the although I was a little skeptical after the first day with no nap. I asked Ezra to have a talk with him about how all the big boys nap too, and today Caleb napped for 2.5 hrs on " my own big bed!" So precious.

Adjusting

We're all adjusting to the 7200 elevation and jet lag. :)

The longest journey.

The travel that should have taken 5 hrs took 16 plus. After 7.5 hrs in the terminal Caleb was asleep before take off. ;)
